Question 1 Are results tracked?
Yes, results can be tracked at an organization level, at a department level and at an employee level.
Question 2 How will I know if an employee has not completed the training?
You can get a report that shows the employees who have not yet completed the training and a report that lists employees who have not started the training.
Question 3 Can a deadline be set for course completion?
Yes, you can set both the start date and the end date of when the course will be available.
Question 4 Are the quizzes required?
The quizzes do not need to be included as part of the course. However, their purpose is to reinforce the key points in the lesson. They are not graded.
Question 5 Is there a final exam?
Final exams are included for the Teller/New Account course, the Lender course and the Operations course.
