Tellers and Account Representatives

Front-line employees encounter BSA, CIP and OFAC requirements daily. This course gives them the information they need to comply with these complex regulations. Nine (9) lessons that take approximately 30 minutes each are followed by short 5 minute unscored quizzes. The course concludes with a 60 question scored final exam that takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. You will know how well employees understand BSA, CIP and OFAC requirements and can require them to repeat lessons in areas of weakness.

Lesson 1: Introduction to the Bank Secrecy Act for Tellers and Account Representatives

This lesson introduces the Bank Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act and OFAC and covers how these regulations affect Tellers and Account Representatives.
