Question 1 What happens if the regulations change?

Courses are updated as the regulations change.
Question 2 BSA/AML Examination Procedures require our policies, procedures, and processes to be included in our training. How does that affect this course?

This course has been designed to include your policies, procedures, and processes. The material is updated whenever you notify us of an internal change.
Question 3 How detailed are the lessons?

Lessons are intended to cover in detail the information required by the job type. For example, completing a CTR is covered in detail in the Teller and Account Representative module but is not discussed at all in the Lending module. The lesson covers all the information that a Teller or Account Representative needs to know to complete a CTR.
Question 4 Who does the customization?

We do. You simply answer some questions regarding your procedures and we do the rest!
Question 5 If CTRs are sent to someone other than our BSA Officer for review can that information be included?

Yes, the lessons are customized to include your procedures.
Question 6 What happens if our procedures change?

Simply notify us and we will make the appropriate changes to the training.
Question 7 What if an employee needs to exit a lesson before completing it?

When the employee logs in again, the lesson will resume where it ended in the previous session.
